If you see the Word 'From" next to our prices under the picture, what does "from" mean?There are two different prices.
- Adults & Kids: Small- Large is one price & XLarge—Up is a $2 Dollars more different price
Already placed an order and excited to receive your shipment. How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes a standard 3-7 business days for processing and shipment. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number to track your package upon delivery.
I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange my current size?

Yes, you may exchange your size within 14 days of your delivery confirmation. Please contact us at Enique.guest@gmail.com, if you would like to exchange.

Enique has the right to refuse any item that was Exchanged that has been damaged or unworn.
Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed we cannot cancel your order.
Does Enique apparel run big or small?

Our pieces run true to size unless stated otherwise in the description. If you have any specific questions about a style please don’t hesitate to email us with your concerns at Shopenique@gmail.com Also, we try our best to have unisex sizes so that one size fit both men and women, however most women would have to go a size smaller then their normal fit.
Does Enique take large bulk load orders?

It depends on what type of product, However, we are not a wholesaler at this time. Please contact us at Shopenique@gmail.com and explain in detail about your inquiry and we will be happy to help.
My order was delivered but I can't find it, what should I do?

Please Email us at Enique.guest@gmail.com. Once an order is shipped Enique isn't responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Once you email us, and we give you your delivery status from your order number. Then you will contact the delivery service to file a claim and they will assist you further in locating your package.
How long should a email response take?

Our email response time has been longer due to the higher demand in productivity and sales. Please allow 1-2 business days for a member of our team to get back to any questions or concerns that you may have. Please make sure you write and have the correct email since each email are containing to something in specific.
