SHIPPING POLICY

  • Please allow 3-7 business days to receive, process and ship out your order. We work hard to deliver your desired merchandise in a timely fashion.

  • All orders are received immediately by our amazing team and processed accordingly. 

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any orders submitted after they’ve already been placed.

  • If your package has been confirmed as delivered and you’re concerned please contact US so we can let you know which delivery service we used at that time and then you can contact them with your tracking number in the event you don’t have your package for a potential lost, stolen or wrongfully delivered package.

  • WE are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packaged.

RETURN/ EXCHANGES POLICY

If you have any concerns regarding sizing, please contact us via email with any of your concerns prior to your purchase.

  • We are not accepting Returns only Exchanges.

 

  • All our final sales are finalized to clearance prices, therefore, Final sale are NOT to be EXCHANGE on final sales prices.

 

  • If you’ve received your items and the sizing isn’t right, we will happily exchange your items for you within 14 days of a confirmed delivery as long as the merchandise IS NOT damaged.

 

  • You may also refer to the FAQ section on our site for more information regarding sizing. You can exchange your order once you have already contact us immediately via email.Please do not hesitate to reach out.  You will be all set once you’ve spoken to a member of our staff via email.

 

  • Please allow 1 day to be processed after receiving your Exchange package. We are NOT accepting return only Exchanges. Again there are no Exchanges on final prices , Enique LLC
