SHIPPING POLICY

• Please allow 3-7 business days to receive, process and ship out your order. We work hard to deliver your desired merchandise in a timely fashion.

• All orders are received immediately by our amazing team and processed accordingly. 

• Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any orders submitted after they’ve already been placed.

• If your package has been confirmed as delivered to USPS via email, please contact them in the event you don’t have your package for a potential lost, stolen or wrongfully delivered package.

• We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY

• All items are final sale. If you have any concerns regarding sizing, please contact us via email with any of your concerns prior to your purchase.

• If you’ve received your items and the sizing isn’t right, we will happily exchange your items for you within 7 days (1weeks) of a confirmed delivery as long as the merchandise isn’t damaged. You may also refer to the FAQ section on our site for more information regarding sizing. You can ship your exchange order to the P.O Box listed below. Please do not do so until you’ve spoken to a member of our staff via email.

• If you would like to make a future purchase with us after you’ve already Returned your order, we will issue you a store credit for the amount purchased, so you can Exchange it. Please allow 24-48 hours.
